Quarter Zip Supply is a brand of Battle Born Clothing in Yerington, Nevada. We embroider quarter zip pullovers and mock neck sweatshirts for company gifts, sales teams, offices, golf clubs, coaches, school staff and boosters, and ship them anywhere in the US. Decoration happens in our own shop: two commercial embroidery heads, Rapos thread, Maggie magnetic frames, and a team that has made laser-engraved leather patches since 2020 on an 80-watt CO2 laser. Most of our quarter zip work is for companies: year-end gifts, sales kickoff kits, new-hire boxes and office uniforms. These orders land in the 48-71, 72-95, 96-143 or 144+ price tiers, where embroidery drops to $5.50, $5.00 and $4.00 per piece.
Company gifts and sales kits
A left-chest logo on a fleece quarter zip is the standard corporate gift because it gets worn. For 60 people on a Port Authority F218 the math is 60 × $27.07 = $1,624.20 plus $18.99 digitizing. Add a sleeve or back-yoke embroidery for a second logo if you want it; we quote that per design.
Uniform programs without an online store
Battle Born Clothing does not run team or company web stores. Instead, you send a size list and we ship one box, or you reorder from the same digitized file whenever staff change. Your logo file stays on our machines, so reorders match the first run.
Premium brands: Carhartt, Nike, OGIO
We are an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Carhartt CT105294 mock neck and CT106378 sweater fleece quarter zips are quoted per job with brand minimum advertised pricing respected. Say the style number on the quote form and we price it the same day.
Team, club and school quarter zips (24 to 96)
Golf clubs, coaching staffs, booster clubs and school departments usually order 24 to 96 pieces with mixed sizes and a women's cut alongside the unisex style.
Golf clubs and coaches
Performance quarter zips (Independent EXP20PQ and EXP15WPQ, adidas A401, Under Armour 1376844) take a left-chest crest well. Fleece is the pick for fall and winter practice gear. Both decorate on the same embroidery matrix.
Mixed sizes and women's cuts
Sizes do not have to match within an order. We count total pieces per style for the price tier, so 30 unisex F218 and 18 women's EXP15WPQ are quoted as two styles at their own tiers. 2XL and up carries a supplier upcharge of about $1 to $7 depending on size.
Small runs and customer-supplied quarter zips (12 to 23)
No hard minimum
Twelve quarter zips for an office or a small crew is a normal order here. The embroidery charge at 12-23 pieces is $6.00 per piece plus the blank. Under 12 pieces we still quote, but the per-piece embroidery is higher; ask.
Bring your own garments
If you already own the quarter zips, we embroider them for $6.00 each at 12-47 plus a $2 per item handling fee. Industry-standard spoilage on customer-supplied goods is about 4%; we aim for zero, but we cannot replace a garment we did not supply.

DTF transfers for large or full-color art
Big back prints or photo-style logos go on as DTF transfers. The transfers are printed by DTF Tribe in Carson City, NV and pressed in our shop. Quoted per job by size. See DTF on quarter zips.
Sleeve, back-yoke and second-logo adds

How long does a quarter zip order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from the day you approve the digital proof. Quotes usually go out the same business day, and proofs follow within a few days of artwork. Blanks from SanMar's Reno warehouse usually reach us in one to two days. If you need a date sooner than 28 days, put it on the quote form and we will price a rush for that job. Gift-season orders (November and December) should be approved by early November to be safe.

Yes. Independent EXP15WPQ (performance), IND280MOCK and TriDri TD660 (mock necks). Each is priced at its own tier within the order, with one digitizing fee for the shared logo.
Why is Carhartt quoted per job?
Carhartt sets minimum advertised pricing. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized Carhartt decorator and respects it, so we quote Carhartt per job rather than publishing a number.
Can I supply my own quarter zips?
Yes. Embroidery is $6.00 per piece at 12-47 (down to $4.00 at 144+) plus $2.00 per item handling. Industry-standard spoilage is about 4%; we aim for zero but cannot replace garments we did not supply.
What artwork do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works. Tell us thread colors as Pantone or a reference. We digitize and send a proof before sewing.
