Sleeve and back-yoke embroidery on quarter zips
A second placement is common on quarter zips: a sponsor on the sleeve, a department name on the back yoke, or the company logo on the right chest when the garment brand owns the left. Battle Born Clothing quotes it per design.
Common second placements
| Placement | Typical size | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Left sleeve | 2 to 3 in wide | Sponsor, flag, year, secondary mark |
| Back yoke (below collar) | 3 to 5 in wide | Company name, department, website |
| Right chest | 3 to 4 in wide | Your logo on Carhartt, adidas, UA where the brand mark is left |
| Opposite chest, small | 1.5 to 2.5 in | Employee name or title |
Price
Each additional embroidery location is quoted per design based on stitch count. Expect a second small location to add roughly what the first costs at the same tier; we confirm on the quote. The second design needs its own $18.99 digitizing unless it is the same file at the same size.
Names and titles
Individual names (a different name on every piece) are quoted per job. Send a spreadsheet with size and name per line. Keep names under 14 characters to fit a 2.5 inch line at readable height.
What we need
Artwork for each placement, the placement list, and a note on which goes where. We show every location on the digital proof before sewing.

Questions
Can you embroider a large back logo?
Large back embroidery (over 6,000 stitches) is quoted per design. For a full back we usually recommend a DTF transfer instead; it is cheaper and lighter on the garment.
Does a sleeve logo cost the same as left chest?
Close to it at the same tier, depending on stitch count. We quote it exactly.
