Short answer: on a Port Authority F218 fleece with a left-chest logo, $27.57 each at 12 to 47 pieces, $27.07 at 48 to 95, $26.57 at 96 to 143 and $25.57 at 144 or more, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. Here is where those numbers come from and what changes them.
The two parts of the price
Every custom quarter zip price at Battle Born Clothing is the blank garment plus the decoration. We publish both so you can see which one you are paying for. The blank is supplier cost times two when cost is under $10, or cost plus 35% when it is $10 or more. The F218 lands at $21.57. Left-chest embroidery is a flat matrix by quantity: $6.00 (12-47), $5.50 (48-95), $5.00 (96-143), $4.00 (144+).

What moves the price up
- A more expensive blank. A sweater fleece or a Carhartt costs more than an F218; a Port & Company PC78Q costs less. Blanks we do not list are quoted per job.
- A second embroidery location (sleeve, back yoke). Quoted per design, roughly another decoration charge at the same tier plus $18.99 digitizing for the second file.
- Stitch count over 6,000. Big, dense logos are quoted per design. Most left-chest logos stay under the limit.
- Individual names. Quoted per job.
- Rush. Standard is 28 days from proof approval; faster is quoted per job.
What moves the price down
- Quantity. Every 24 pieces changes the tier; 144 is the big step where embroidery drops to $4.00.
- A single logo in one location.
- Reorders. Digitizing is paid once, so a reorder is just blank plus embroidery.
- Rounding up to a tier. 140 pieces at $26.57 is $3,719.80; 144 at $25.57 is $3,682.08. The four extra garments cost less than nothing.

Customer-supplied quarter zips
If you bring your own garments, you pay the embroidery matrix plus $2.00 per item handling: $8.00 each at 12-47. Spoilage on customer-supplied goods is about 4% industry-wide; we aim for zero but cannot replace a garment we did not supply. For most buyers it is cheaper and safer to let us source the blank.
How to get an exact number
Send the style (or ask us to pick), quantity, colors, sizes and your logo through the quote form. Quotes usually go out the same business day from real supplier cost.

Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimum. Twelve is the lowest published tier; under 12 is quoted per job.
Does the price include shipping?
No. Freight is billed at cost. Most orders ship in one box from Yerington, NV.
Is tax included?
Nevada sales tax applies to Nevada deliveries. Tax-exempt buyers send a certificate with the order.
